Welcome to Thanita Thai Massage LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website at thanitathaimassagetx.com, booking an appointment, purchasing a gift card, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services Offered
Thanita Thai Massage LLC provides professional massage therapy, Thai bodywork, and wellness services at our location in Frisco, Texas. Our services include but are not limited to Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, Thai traditional massage, hot stone massage, sports massage, and couples massage.
- All services are performed by licensed massage therapists in the state of Texas.
- Services are subject to availability and may be modified, added, or discontinued at our sole discretion.
- Service durations listed are approximate and include time for consultation, dressing, and transition.
- Specific results from any service are not guaranteed, as individual responses to massage therapy vary.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age to book and receive services independently.
- Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must remain on the premises during the entire session and provide written consent.
- By booking an appointment, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
3. Booking & Appointments
- Appointments can be booked online through our website, by phone at (945) 269-7559, or by email at thanitathaimassagellc@gmail.com.
- Online bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or text message.
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your appointment to complete any intake forms and prepare for your session.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments. The full service fee will still apply.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment) may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
- No-shows (failure to arrive without prior notice) may be charged the full service price.
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
- We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

6. Payment Terms
- Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and gift cards issued by Thanita Thai Massage.
- Prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking will be honored.
- Gratuities are not included in service prices and are at the client’s discretion. They are greatly appreciated.
- In the event of a billing dispute, please contact us within 30 days at thanitathaimassagellc@gmail.com.
7. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except as required by applicable law.
- Gift cards have no expiration date and no service fees.
- Gift cards are transferable to another person but may only be used at Thanita Thai Massage LLC.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced. Treat your gift card like cash.
- Thanita Thai Massage LLC is not responsible for unauthorized use of gift cards.
8. Health Disclosures & Client Responsibilities
Your safety is our top priority. By receiving massage therapy services, you acknowledge and agree:
- You will inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, skin conditions, or areas of sensitivity before each session.
- You will disclose if you are pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant, as certain techniques are contraindicated during pregnancy.
- You will notify your therapist of any medications you are currently taking that may affect your session.
- Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice from a licensed physician. We recommend consulting your doctor before receiving massage therapy if you have any medical concerns.
- If you experience any discomfort or pain during a session, you must immediately inform your therapist. You have the right to end a session at any time.
- Certain conditions may be contraindicated for massage, including but not limited to: fever, contagious illness, blood clots, severe cardiovascular conditions, open wounds, and recent surgery. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk.
9. Professional Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy
Thanita Thai Massage LLC is a professional massage therapy establishment. We maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct.
- All sessions are strictly therapeutic and professional in nature.
- We have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment, inappropriate behavior, sexual solicitation, or any conduct that makes our staff feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
- Any client who engages in inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to inappropriate touching, sexual comments, lewd remarks, or requests for services of a sexual nature, will have their session immediately terminated.
- Clients who violate this policy will be charged the full service fee, permanently banned from our establishment, and may be reported to law enforcement.
- Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene and arrive in a reasonably clean state for their appointment.
- The use of alcohol or illegal substances before a session is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who appears to be under the influence.
10. Draping Policy
In accordance with Texas state law and professional massage therapy standards, proper draping is maintained at all times during your session. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Clients are expected to undress to their comfort level. Our therapists will always ensure your privacy and comfort.
11. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number to Thanita Thai Massage LLC, you may opt in to receive text messages. By opting in, you agree to the following:
- Types of messages: Appointment confirmations, reminders, promotional offers, and service updates.
- Message frequency: Approximately 2–8 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

- When booking online, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thanita Thai Massage LLC, its owners, employees, therapists, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:
- Personal injury or adverse reactions resulting from massage therapy, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Loss of or damage to personal property left on the premises.
- Any interruption or cancellation of services due to circumstances beyond our control.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thanita Thai Massage LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
16. Personal Belongings
Thanita Thai Massage LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please secure your valuables before your session. We recommend leaving valuable items at home or in your vehicle.
17. Photography & Recording
Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited in all treatment areas. By visiting our establishment, you consent to being photographed or filmed in common areas for promotional purposes only, unless you notify us otherwise.
18. Force Majeure
Thanita Thai Massage LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, power outages, severe weather, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your appointment.
19. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us at thanitathaimassagellc@gmail.com.
- If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Collin County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
- Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Thanita Thai Massage LLC regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
