At Thanita Thai Massage LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality massage therapy and wellness services. We want every client to be completely satisfied with their experience. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Service Refunds
Before Your Appointment
- More than 24 hours before: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge. If you prepaid, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Less than 24 hours before: A late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price may apply. The remaining balance, if prepaid, will be refunded or applied as credit toward a future appointment.
- No-show: If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued and you may be charged the full service price.
During Your Appointment
- If you experience discomfort during your session, please communicate with your therapist immediately. Our therapists will adjust techniques, pressure, or focus areas to address your concerns.
- If you choose to end a session early for personal reasons, the full service fee will apply and no refund will be issued.
- If a session is terminated by the therapist due to a health concern or safety issue, a prorated refund or credit may be issued at management’s discretion.
After Your Appointment
- If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment at (945) 269-7559 or thanitathaimassagellc@gmail.com.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a complimentary re-do session, partial refund, or service credit at our discretion.
- Refund requests made more than 48 hours after the appointment will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds for completed services are not guaranteed, as massage therapy results and preferences are subjective.
2. Gift Card Refunds
- Gift cards purchased from Thanita Thai Massage LLC are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by applicable Texas or federal law.
- Gift cards have no expiration date and carry no dormancy or service fees.
- If a gift card was purchased in error, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We may issue a refund at our discretion, provided the gift card has not been redeemed.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be refunded or replaced. Please treat your gift card like cash.
- Unused gift card balances after a service will remain on the card for future use.
3. Package & Membership Refunds
- Prepaid service packages are non-refundable once any session in the package has been used.
- If no sessions have been used, a full refund may be issued within 14 days of purchase, minus any applicable processing fees.
- Membership cancellations must be made in writing (email to thanitathaimassagellc@gmail.com) at least 30 days before the next billing date. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
- Packages and memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
4. Promotional & Discounted Services
- Services purchased at a promotional or discounted rate are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to the same cancellation policy outlined above.
- Promotional offers, deals, and special pricing cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or gift cards unless explicitly stated.
- Groupon, third-party deal, or voucher-based purchases are subject to the refund policy of the issuing platform, not Thanita Thai Massage LLC.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued to the original card used for payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Cash Payments: Cash refunds may be issued in person at our location during business hours, or by check mailed to your address within 14 business days.
- Service Credits: In some cases, we may offer a service credit in lieu of a monetary refund. Service credits have no expiration date and can be used for any service we offer.
6. Cancellations by Thanita Thai Massage
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to therapist illness, emergency, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
- If we cancel your appointment and you have prepaid, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- If rescheduling is not possible and the cancellation was initiated by us, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
- We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.

- Fraudulent chargebacks (disputes for services properly rendered) may result in collection action and/or being permanently banned from our establishment.
8. Medical Emergency or Health-Related Cancellations
We understand that unexpected health issues arise. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency:
- Please contact us as soon as possible.
- With appropriate documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note), we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
- Prepaid services may be rescheduled or refunded on a case-by-case basis.

Thanita Thai Massage LLC reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of management. Any exception granted does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce this policy in the future.
